2. Nature of the Service
Atlantic Experience Apartments provides short-term holiday rental accommodation.
The accommodation is provided for tourism purposes only and does not constitute a permanent residential lease under Spanish Urban Lease Law.
3. Booking Process
Reservations may be made:
Through the website
By email
Through third-party booking platforms (where applicable)
A booking is considered confirmed once:
The full payment or agreed deposit has been received; and
The guest receives a confirmation from the Owner.
The Owner reserves the right to decline any booking request that does not meet the established requirements.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made using the methods indicated during the booking process.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation conditions will be specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the selected rate.
In general:
Cancellations made within the free cancellation period (if applicable) may result in a full or partial refund.
Cancellations made outside the permitted period may result in partial or total loss of the amount paid.
Modifications are subject to availability and possible price adjustments.
In cases of duly justified force majeure, each situation will be assessed individually.
6. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are specified in the booking confirmation.
Guests may be required to present valid identification in accordance with local tourism regulations.
Late arrivals outside the agreed hours may incur additional charges if previously arranged.
7. Use of the Accommodation
Guests agree to:
Use the accommodation responsibly and with due care.
Respect neighbors and local community rules.
Not exceed the maximum authorized occupancy.
Not hold parties or engage in illegal or disruptive activities.
Not smoke inside the property if prohibited.
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
8. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required to cover potential damages.
The deposit will be returned after inspection of the property.
Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning costs may be deducted from the deposit.
9. Liability
The Owner shall not be held responsible for:
Loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
Damages resulting from improper use of the property.
Service interruptions beyond her control (electricity, water, internet, etc.).
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
10. Force Majeure
The Owner shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
11. Data Protection
Personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
12. Amendments
The Owner reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version will be the one in force at the time of booking.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes arising from the use of the website or booking services shall be subject to the competent courts in accordance with applicable legislation.
