The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, accommodating up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (one small child and one under 12 years old).

It includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, large fridge with freezer, washing machine, TV, hair dryer and fan. The spacious balcony with sea views is perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset.

Pricing & Occupancy

• The base price includes 2 adults.
• Additional adults: €20 per person per night.
• Children: €10 per child per night.
• The maximum occupancy of the apartment must be respected at all times.

Security Deposit & Fees

• A security deposit of €100 is required in cash at check-in. The deposit will be returned at check-out once the apartment has been checked and no damages are found.
• A cleaning fee of €50 applies per stay.
• All reservations are subject to prior confirmation.

Apartment Rules

• No parties or events allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (allowed only on the balcony).
• Guests must respect the property and neighbors during their stay.

• 40% of the reservation is non-refundable and is required at the moment of booking.
• The remaining 60% must be paid in cash at check-in or by bank transfer prior to arrival.
