Summerland Beach Apartment is a cozy and functional holiday rental ideal for enjoying Tenerife’s climate and surroundings.

The apartment includes one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old.

It features an open-plan kitchen equipped with microwave, large fridge with freezer, washing machine, TV, hair dryer and fan. The balcony offers open views of the mountains and the sea.

Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool with an English-style bar located in the pool area. Free WiFi included.

Pricing & Occupancy

• The base price includes 2 adults.
• Additional adults: €20 per person per night.
• Children: €10 per child per night.
• The maximum occupancy of the apartment must be respected at all times.

Security Deposit & Fees

• A security deposit of €200 is required in cash at check-in. The deposit will be returned at check-out once the apartment has been checked and no damages are found.
• A cleaning fee of €70 applies per stay.
• All reservations are subject to prior confirmation.

Apartment Rules

• No parties or events allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (allowed only on the balcony).
• Guests must respect the property and neighbors during their stay.

Cancellation Policy

• 40% of the reservation is non-refundable and is required at the moment of booking.
• The remaining 60% must be paid in cash at check-in or by bank transfer prior to arrival.
